Tips for Ordering

First let me start off by thanking you for coming to my website and potentially placing an order!

I want your ordering experience to be as quick and easy for you as possible.

Here you will find a few tips to help get that order turned in as quickly as possible.

Uploading your own design:

If you choose to upload your own design for your order, please make sure the item is sized to the size of the product you are ordering before uploading your design. For example, if you order a banner and choose to upload your design, save the image in your program to the size of the banner you are going to order then upload it. The same would apply to canvas portraits, posters, grave stickers and grave blankets.

If you upload your own design that means I print as is with what you uploaded for the order. I will not add, change or correct any part of the order. Resolution on images and files need to be at least 300dpi and in Jpg or PNG format only. If you zoom in on your image or file before uploading it to me and if it looks pixelated (blurry) that is how it is going to print. This is your only warning on this so be sure your file is correct before ordering.

Canvas Portraits & Stickers:

On these items, please leave a 3 inch border around the entire image. This helps make them look perfect when assembled.


Design Fee:

If you are needing a design done for a 3D shirt or a physical item that you are ordering elsewhere you will need to order the Design Fee which can be found by searching for it at the top of the website. If you are ordering an item from me and would also like to have me create the design for you select, Yes I want you to design for me, when purchasing your item and please include ALL the details I will need for creating your custom design. Meaning; color scheme, overall theme, pictures, wording, dates and so on. Each design I am asked to create comes with 3 proofs and up to 3 corrections or changes. After 3 you will be billed for an additional design fee for up to $15 or less, which must be paid before any additional proofs are created.


If you are having your items drop shipped directly to your customer, be sure to select "Yes" when asked at the time of your order. This lets me know to keep my information off of the mailing label so that your customer thinks it came from you. Be sure to put the correct shipping address and YOUR email address in when ordering so that you can let your customer know when the order ships.

Rush Orders:

If you would like your order rushed be sure to add that to your cart. Search "Rush Order" from the search bar to add to order. Rush orders are proofed if needed within 8 hours from the time the order is received and shipped within 24 hours of proof approval or order placement should a proof not be needed.

Turnaround Time:

Up to 14 days but in most cases a lot sooner than that.

Shipments are shipped via UPS & USPS.

You will be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.

Not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged/late packages. 

Please contact courier attached to your tracking number for any issues once the item has shipped.
